The Burlington County Institute of Technology has been working with Keith Waldman and OPA for the past 10 years. During this time, Keith and the OPA team have done an incredible job working with our students and staff. They have put together various rapport building exercises such as weekend retreats with our Building Men groups, conducting a staff in-service with various team-building exercises, and for the past 2 years, coordinating our Freshman Field Day. After the weekend retreat, several Building Men students informed me that OPA had a significant, life changing impact on their lives. Keith and his associates take the time to get to know the students on a personal level. The OPA team does an amazing job educating the students on their strengths and showing them how to use them in everyday life.
