Keith’s support and efforts have been a constant throughout the season. His availability and willingness to help has been an enormous benefit to our team. I believe that our team has taken what they learned in Keith’s workshop and used it to their advantage. The lessons learned have been a key component to our success as a team. Ms. Shanna Vitale, Head Field Hockey Coach, 3 time Division III Coach of the Year, SUNYAC Champions 2012, 2013, SUNY New Paltz. Continue reading
“When building a program, a critical “piece” to this puzzle is creating chemistry and a feeling of unity within your team. Keith has done a terrific job of using creative and fun team building exercises to help us put our pieces together. As coaches we can control a great deal of the “tangible” aspects of the game, but quite often it is the “intangibles” that create the difference. Keith Waldman has helped us to maximize this key component. It has helped to bring out the best of our players both on and off the court.” Stephanie Gaitley, Head Women’s Basketball Coach, Fordham University, Coach of the Year. Continue reading

Keith worked with our team twice this season: 1. He spent a day with us in preseason, helping us build team unity and trust with a very large squad and 2. He spent an evening with us before we went into the playoffs, again with the emphasis on team building, presenting a great exercise that left our players feeling good about themselves and the team. All the exercises and suggestions were right on target and played a huge part in making our season a very successful one. Leo Weil, Head Women’s Soccer Coach, Johns Hopkins University, 2013 Centennial Conference Champions, NCAA Elite 8, Ranked #6. Continue reading
"We have had Keith on our campus numerous times working with a variety of our teams. He has always been received very well by the student-athletes. I think what separates Keith from many other leadership speakers is that he gears each session toward that particular team and what is going on with the squad. He also provides the coaches with his own insights afterwards which has been received very positively. I definitely recommend Keith come to your campus." Holly Sheilley, PhD, Assistant AD for Championships and Student Development, University of Louisville & NCAA, Athletic Director, Transylvania University. Continue reading
OPA Winning Teams has been so helpful in the growth of our program. Keith Waldman does an amazing job connecting with the team and then having them understand the significance of what they are doing and how it relates to not only basketball but to each other. Every exercise is clearly thought out and has a meaningful purpose. I have utilized Keith numerous times over last couple of years and I have never been disappointed with the result. "For the last four years our team has had a great regular season but we were never able to win the big game because our players were playing not to lose rather than to win the game. However, after working with the team during preseason, Keith was able to transform the mindset of our players in order for them to effectively deal with adversity. As a result of our vastly improved mental toughness we were able to win our conference championship, state championship and we finished the season with a 21-1-1 overall record." Chris Laughton, Head Boy’s Soccer Coach, Norwalk High School. Continue reading
