I have had the privilege to work with Keith for the past 17 years as an athlete and now as a coach. Through Keith’s team building workshops our players and I have learned many lifelong skills. These skills have made a tremendous impact on me through my playing and coaching career and have had a profound impact on our student athletes. His energy, enthusiasm, spirit, and understanding of “Team cohesion has had a definite impact on our entire team. He challenges the athlete to raise the bar and to set goals, pushing self and team to push our limits, overcome adversity and work together as one. Team – all having the same vision, all doing their part – all seeking the same result—all helping, encouraging, pushing themselves and their team mates . The power and strength come when the team is united.Keith’s support and efforts have been a constant throughout the season. His availability and willingness to help has been an enormous benefit to our team. I believe that our team has taken what they learned in Keith’s workshop and used it to their advantage. The lessons learned have been a key component to our success as a team.
