Mr. Keith Waldman provided an incredible environment for both our staff and players to development leadership skills that promoted a better team chemistry for everyone involved. He gave us a significant foundation to continually reference as the challenges of a typical season were presented to us. He helped our team understand team roles, team strengths, and commitment to team goals.Keith facilitated a trustworthy environment that the both the players and coaches knew they could take risks in and really learn about themselves and the team. I was able to apply several of the lessons that he taught our program and even to this day still go back to those key aspects of a winning mentality that he showed each of us.
