OPA, Optimal Performance Associates was one of the BEST investments we could have made for our Haddon Heights Field Hockey Team this season (2019). Due to the lack of leaders and team camaraderie, which both are crucial pieces in building a strong competitive program is where Keith Waldman from OPA Winning Teams comes in. He showed up at our field for a full day session, excited, and loaded with enthusiasm. I was amazed with all the activities he had for the players to help them in reaching their team goals. It was nice to see the team competing, laughing, and having lots of fun together. Throughout the day Keith demonstrated such passion for his work which was evident to the players who quickly built a trusting relationship with him. The team felt he was sincere, caring, and was there to help the team bond together as a team in making their practices and games a rewarding TEAM effort. Together Everyone Achieves More!
