I have had the pleasure of working with Keith Waldman and his staff for more than 4 years and have used his services at various special events throughout the New Jersey public school districts I have worked. Optimal Performance Associates, LLC has played an integral role in our School-Based Youth Services Program, assisting with the training of various student leaders in peer mentor and mediation programs, as well as our staff at professional development outings.
