Optimal Performance Associates, a leading training and development company and Tall Pines Day Camp announced they have formed a partnership to host the OPA Retreat Center, a variety of retreats, team building events, and seminars.. OPA Retreat Center is pleased to be offering both off-site and overnight programs. The OPA retreat center is located among the beautiful Pinelands of Monroe Township, New Jersey. Our retreat center is nestled within 60 acres of land that include brand new lodging facilities, outdoor and indoor meeting rooms, gymnasium, athletic fields, and dining services.This partnership will enable many schools, corporations, and colleges, to implement powerful and dynamic training programs at a beautiful outdoor facility. Our facilities are designed to meet the highest standards of comfort within a variety of budget options. Our retreat center is a perfect setting for day and overnight team building programs, corporate retreats and meetings, school meetings and teacher in-services, pre-season camps for athletic teams, college and school retreats/meetings, and youth group retreats.In addition to the OPA Retreat Center, Optimal Performance Associates offers team building and a broad range of training programs at locations throughout the United States and Caribbean.
Retreat Facilities
Lodging
Tall Pines offers lodging for groups of up to 150 from April to October. Dormitory style facilities are heated and air-conditioned and clean, modern bathrooms and showers.
Meeting Rooms
We offer a variety of meeting rooms with capacity of up to 150 attendees. Outside meetings may be held in our outdoor pavilions.
Program Facilities
Our unique program facilities provide great opportunities for group interactions. We even have fun activities when it is time to relax.Activities for groups vary based upon the weather and requested opportunities

Multi purpose, air-conditioned gymnasium with Sport Court flooring system. Adjacent heated and air-conditioned Observation Room.

Available June through mid-September
Ropes Course and Climbing Tower
Ropes Course has low and high elements and Brand New Zip Line.

Peddle boats, canoes and kayaks available.
