“Amazing doesn’t seem to be the right word for Keith and his Optimal Performance workshop he completed with our team this past Friday evening, but we will start there! Keith brings the “noise” so to speak. His infectious energy was then matched by our athletes, and gosh was this fun to watch. I am a firm believer that as a program we must strive to get 1% better each day. While X’s and O’s are ultimately very important, building that unique bond with your team each year truly sets championship winning teams apart. Keith was able to match our 1% mentality and likely left us having given us a day where our program is a solid 10% better. You are able to take what Keith gives you and use all of the finely crafted tools to your team’s advantage. IF you are looking for a team building workshop I would strongly recommend having Keith come work with your program. Keith knows how to Improve not only players, but also will teach your coaching staff how to reach that optimal performance level. Do not expect wonders each time he comes in either, if you don’t have a group wanting to buy in to this mentality this leadership workshop is not for you. Creating team buy in with your programs culture is so very important, and Keith only reinforces what we do as coaches. If you buy in to team building as a coach, then this is 100% for you and your team! He took the time to speak with me a few times prior to coming to West Chester, spoke with me during, debriefed after, and even called me the following week to see how the team was doing. I believe Keith provided our team with the leadership skills needed to achieve that competitive edge we were looking for. Thank you to Keith for an incredible evening with the WCU Field Hockey Team.”
