At OPA, we believe that strong human relationships and character development are the foundation of high student achievement. When students feel safe, supported, and connected, they are more likely to engage in learning, build meaningful relationships, and reach their full potential. Our Character Education and Anti-Bullying Programs are designed to help schools foster a positive, inclusive, and respectful school climate where every student can thrive. Through hands-on, experiential learning, students explore key values such as respect, empathy, responsibility, and courage—all essential for building a healthy school community.

Why It Matters:

A school environment rooted in strong character values can significantly reduce bullying, increase student engagement, and improve teacher-student relationships. When classrooms engage in meaningful discussions and activities centered on character and citizenship, a culture of kindness, accountability, and mutual respect begins to take root across the entire school.
